  • Full Refund: If you cancel your order before the sample collection, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Service Unavailability

  • Full Refund: If we are unable to provide the requested service due to technical issues, operational limitations, or any other reason beyond our control, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Quality Concerns

  • Re-test or Refund: If you believe that the test results provided are inaccurate or do not meet the expected standards, you may request a re-test or a refund. The decision to offer a refund or a re-test will be made after an internal review.

4. Duplicate Payment

  • Refund of Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • After Service Delivery: Once the service has been provided (e.g., after the sample has been collected or the test has been conducted), refunds are generally not available, except in cases of quality concerns or service unavailability as described above.

  • Change of Mind: If you decide not to use the service after the service has been delivered, refunds will not be granted.

  • Failure to Provide Required Information: If the service could not be delivered due to your failure to provide accurate or necessary information, no refund will be issued.

  • Refusal of Service Delivery: If you refuse service after the provider arrives for sample collection or delivery without a valid reason, no refund will be processed.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email your refund request to support@erythrolab.com. Include your order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.

  2. Review and Decision: Our customer support team will review your request. We may contact you for additional information if necessary. We will notify you of our decision regarding your refund request.

  3. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. It will reflect into your original payment bank account used at the time of purchase within 5 to 7 working days.
